30-Day Money Back Guarantee

At Vivapatches, your satisfaction means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee on our standard products.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vivapatches.com and we’ll notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your request.

Please note

  • The guarantee is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • It may only be used once per product and once per order.

  • This guarantee is only valid for purchases made on www.vivapatches.com and does not apply to retail partner or wholesale orders.


Subscriptions

Subscription orders are exempt from refunds. If you no longer wish to receive your subscription, please log in to your account and cancel your subscription before the next billing date. We cannot issue refunds for orders that have already been processed and shipped.

To manage or cancel your subscription, visit your customer portal using the link in your original confirmation email or log in to your account.


Faulty, Incomplete or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing and packing each order, but if you’ve received an item that is:

  • Defective

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

Please email hello@vivapatches.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A clear photo of the item(s) received

We’ll review your request and make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once you’ve contacted us and your return has been approved, we’ll notify you when we’ve received and inspected it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 20 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 25 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@vivapatches.com.
